What is the difference between your "Basic" and "Standard" cleaning packages?
- Basic Service ($99): This is great for maintenance or assessment. It includes a camera system inspection and a basic negative air vacuum treatment to pull loose dust from the system.
- Standard Service ($350): This is our deep-cleaning solution. It includes everything in the Basic plan plus rotary brush deep cleaning for up to 8 supply vents and 1 return, and a full application of our EPA-approved sanitizer.
Do you clean dryer vents as well?
Yes, we do! Our dryer vent services include standard delinting, debris removal, and even bird nest removal. Cleaning your dryer vent is critical for preventing fires and improving your dryer’s efficiency.

Yes. Our equipment is versatile enough to handle residential homes, condos, and mobile homes efficiently.
What is the "UV Light" package?
We offer the installation of UV lights inside your HVAC system. UV light helps actively kill mold spores, bacteria, and viruses that circulate through your ducts, preventing musty smells and keeping your air cleaner long-term.
How long does the cleaning take?
For most single-system homes, the process takes between 2 to 4 hours. Larger homes or those with multiple HVAC systems may take longer. We will provide you with a more precise time window before we begin.
Will my house get dusty during the cleaning?
No. We take great care to keep your home clean. We seal your registers and use negative air pressure to ensure all dust and debris are sucked directly into our vacuum system, not blown into your rooms. We also use drop cloths and wear shoe covers to protect your floors.
Is the sanitizer you use safe for my family and pets?
Yes. We use an EPA-registered sanitizer specifically designed for HVAC systems. It is effective against mold and mildew but is safe for kids and pets once it has dried (typically 10–30 minutes after application).
Do I need to do anything to prepare for your arrival?
We ask that you clear access to all vents and the main air handler unit. Please also ensure we have a spot in the driveway for our vacuum truck/equipment. If you have pets, please secure them in a safe room or backyard for their safety and ours.
How much does air duct cleaning cost?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing. Our Basic Service starts at $99, and our deep-cleaning Standard Service is $350 (covering up to 8 vents and 1 return). If you have a larger home or need specific add-ons like UV lights, we can provide a quote before starting any work.
How often should I have my ducts cleaned?
We generally recommend a professional cleaning every 2 to 3 years to prevent mold growth and maintain air quality. However, if you have recently done home renovations (which create a lot of dust) or if you have severe allergies, you may want to do it sooner.
