The "Blanket" on Your Coil
Your evaporator coil is responsible for absorbing heat from your home’s air. Being cold and wet, it naturally attracts dust, which turns into a mud-like sludge when mixed with condensation.

Chemical Deep Clean

Our Process:
- Access: We open the plenum to expose the A-Coil.
- Foam Application: We apply a self-rinsing, alkaline-based foaming agent that pushes dirt out from the center of the coil.
- Fin Combing: If we find bent fins restricting airflow, we carefully “comb” them back into straight alignment.
- Sanitize: We treat the coil to inhibit future mold growth.

We provide camera inspection, negative air vacuuming, deep roto-brush duct cleaning (our standard service), and EPA approved sanitizing to get rid of and prevent mold and mildew.
How long does it take?
Most single-system homes take 2–4 hours; larger homes or multiple systems take longer. We’ll give you a precise window before we start.
Will my home get dusty?
No. We seal registers, run HEPA filtration, and use drop cloths and shoe covers. Dust goes into our vacuum, not your living space.
Is the sanitizer safe for kids and pets?
Yes—our sanitizer is EPA-registered for HVAC use. People and pets can re-enter once it’s applied and dried (typically 10–30 minutes), and there’s only a light, temporary scent.
What prep do I need to do?
Please clear access to vents, returns, the air handler, and a driveway spot for our vacuum. Put pets in a safe room and make sure an adult is home.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
Every 2-3 years is recommended to prevent mold and musty smell. Or after every dusty renovation.
