In modern Florida homes, the dryer vent line is rarely a short, straight shot to the outside. It often travels up through walls, across the attic, and out the roof—sometimes spanning 20 to 35 feet with multiple elbows and bends.

Will my home get dusty?
No. We seal registers, run HEPA filtration, and use drop cloths and shoe covers. Dust goes into our vacuum, not your living space.
Is the sanitizer safe for kids and pets?
Yes—our sanitizer is EPA-registered for HVAC use. People and pets can re-enter once it’s applied and dried (typically 10–30 minutes), and there’s only a light, temporary scent.
What prep do I need to do?
Please clear access to vents, returns, the air handler, and a driveway spot for our vacuum. Put pets in a safe room and make sure an adult is home.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
Every 2-3 years is recommended to prevent mold and musty smell. Or after every dusty renovation.
