Most homeowners assume that if the lint trap is clean and the vent is clear, they are safe. However, fine lint particles constantly bypass the screen and drift inside the body (chassis) of the dryer itself.

- Chute Scrubbing: We scrub the lint trap chute (the space where your filter slides in), which is notorious for trapping lost socks and thick wads of lint.
- Reassembly & Test: We put the machine back together and run a cycle to ensure it’s running smoother and safer than before.

How long does it take?
Most single-system homes take 2–4 hours; larger homes or multiple systems take longer. We’ll give you a precise window before we start.
Will my home get dusty?
No. We seal registers, run HEPA filtration, and use drop cloths and shoe covers. Dust goes into our vacuum, not your living space.
Is the sanitizer safe for kids and pets?
Yes—our sanitizer is EPA-registered for HVAC use. People and pets can re-enter once it’s applied and dried (typically 10–30 minutes), and there’s only a light, temporary scent.
What prep do I need to do?
Please clear access to vents, returns, the air handler, and a driveway spot for our vacuum. Put pets in a safe room and make sure an adult is home.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
Every 2-3 years is recommended to prevent mold and musty smell. Or after every dusty renovation.
